Starting in 1992 in road constuction, Rui gained the on-the-job experience. Working with two companies using cement and asphalt he has paved roads and driveways. After becoming a supervisor and then the superintendent he also learned the management side of the business. In addition to working on road, driveway and parking lot paving, he also works with Landscapers and Landscape Designers integrating beautiful designs with retaining walls, flagstone walkways, etc. He currently works with home owners creating porch landings, patios, fire pits and fencing that enhance the home’s exterior. Experienced in working with handicapped individuals, he has also created entries for handicap access.

Rui’s vast experience includes using blueprints to avoid underground piping, etc. He’s also worked on putting in foundations for homes and additions. At HSE we look forward to creating a beautiful environment for your home and family.
